Brief Description:
PSI staff were overwhelmed by the large volume of learning resources available to them and did not know how to organize, use or communicate them. To address this challenge, PSI created a Learning and Performance Architecture adapted from the private sector. This course explains the value of the architecture, fosters understanding of its components and builds competence in how staff should choose learning solutions that match their problems.
