In this course, teams will learn how to develop a strategic fundraising and resource mobilization plan for their platform.  The online modules introduce participants to each step of developing a plan while accompanying homework and conference calls with New Business Development will lead the teams through actual development of a fundraising and resource mobilization plan for their platform that links to their platform's and PSI's strategic priorities. Completion of the conference calls and homework is required before gaining access to subsequent online modules in this course.

Target Audience:

This course is designed for small teams of managers at the platform level to complete together. The team should be responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising / resource mobilization strategy for their platform. Country Representatives should either be members of the team taking the course or have delegated responsibility for development of a fundraising strategy to the team members enrolled in the course.
