PSI U provides development and learning opportunities to help access knowledge and acquire new skills that are critical to our mission.

Our courses are provided to support and enhance organizational competencies which are a set of skills that PSI's employees need in order to carry out the organization's strategic plan. To help PSI's staff hone the skills needed for their job and career growth, each online course or module offered through PSI U is listed under at least one competency. Where there are no specific modules or learning resources available through PSI U's offerings, other courses, websites, books, articles, working groups, and case studies are provided.
