Access The PSI University User Guide

Welcome to PSI University, a global resource that supports the development of PSI staff, affiliates and partners! This site has been designed, developed and is managed by the Global Capacity Building Department. From here you can access a wide range of online, self-study courses, available to you free of charge. Learn at your own pace and at a time that suits you!

The PSI University development and learning opportunities address skills and information that are critical to PSI's mission. They are provided to support and enhance PSI's organizational competencies, which are a set of skills that PSI employees need in order to carry out the organization's strategic plan.  To help PSI staff hone the skills needed for their job and career growth, every online course or module offered through PSI University is cross-referenced to the PSI core competencies. Where there are no specific modules or learning resources available through PSI University's offerings, other training suggestions and reading references are provided.

  • Watch the introductory video outlining the website's functions as well as steps for course access and completion.

  • Browse our catalogue by clicking on the core competencies link to access these resources. or on the 'Courses' button (both are on the top of your screen).

  • Enroll by filling out the enrollment form or by clicking on "register for course" after having discussed course possibilities with your supervisor.

  • Wait to receive confirmation of course access from the online Administrator (within 3 to 5 days). If you do not hear back from us, please email us.

  • Log-on to take your selected course (in the upper left corner). New Users: to create an account and register you will first need to enroll in a course.

  • Follow the steps in the Course Process and ensure that you complete the TRaC-T to obtain your certification.

Browse the course catalogue and find a course that is relevant to your needs. Schedule it and put it in your calendar. Make learning an important part of your daily routine!
